The year 2008 has been declared by the UN as the International Year of Languages, in the hope t give more publicity and raise awareness about dying-out languages and universal communication. Exactly this diversity in languages can also form huge obstacles an problems in communication, as the same United Nations shows us. The work ‘UN Year of Languages’ has been developed as a part of the book ‘Designing universal knowledge’, begin published autumn 2008. The book will research the methods to collect all total knowlegde of the world in one place.
